Twin Eagles Retreat is a cozy cabin tucked into a
private wooded setting within easy walking distance to scenic
Crystal Lake
. Whether you like to
fish, canoe, rowboat, or just relax on the shore,
Crystal Lake
is a delightful place to spend your day. Returning
to the retreat, you might cook your catch of the day on the outdoor
gas grill and enjoy picnicking on the table nestled into the aspens
and pines. Or, if you
prefer, you can prepare your meal in the fully equipped kitchen and
dine in the adjoining dining area.
Once inside Twin Eagles, you can snuggle up in front of the
wood-burning fireplace to appreciate a peaceful mountain evening or
enjoy the cool night air as you stargaze from the deck. The howling
coyotes or hooting owls may keep you company as you attempt to
identify your favorite constellation.
When it comes time to say goodnight, two warm, comfortable bedrooms
await your slumber. If you
rise early, you may have the privilege of sharing your first cup of
coffee with a local moose, deer or elk.
Keep an eye toward the sky to see if you can catch a glimpse of
a hawk or eagle soaring overhead on its way to the lake.
And don’t miss the deer as they come down the hill and cross
the road to go to the lake for a drink in the early morning light.
Twin Eagles is a summer favorite.
