This spacious home is located on Panhandle Creek whose waters cascade over river-bottom rocks, providing gentle music for a relaxing stay.   Just beyond the creek is a large meadow that is a favorite spot for moose, deer and other area wildlife.  A cow moose and her calf or a herd of deer are common sights in the meadow. A short walk from the house takes you to faster moving waters for trout fishing (catch and release).  You may prefer to walk a bit farther to Snoopy Pond, one of the seven stocked lakes in the area and cast your line in the hope of catching dinner.  For a nominal daily fee, you can fish any of Crystal’s seven lakes and, with a Colorado fishing license, you can fish the streams and rivers.  Riverside is truly a fisherman’s dream.

Step inside this spacious home and be greeted by an interior showcasing all new furnishings.  The living room houses a sofa, loveseat and two recliners from which to enjoy your favorite sport or program on the Polaroid LCD flat screen TV.  A corner holds a game table and a cabinet filled with games and movies.

Beyond the living room a large sunroom features two futons and a backgammon table.  Open the sliding glass doors and enjoy the sound of water flowing just beyond the deck.  A patio table and chairs, a professional grade barbecue grill and a chiminea invite you to relax with a drink and cook your catch of the day as the sun begins to set.  If you prefer, prepare your evening meal in the fully equipped kitchen and dine inside.

After a day of fishing, hiking, tubing, snowshoeing or other outdoor activity, treat your tired body to a relaxing steam shower in the luxurious San Spa.  This state of the art steam shower can be programmed to your desired water temperature and steam time.  In addition to the relaxation of the steam, your body is cleansed of impurities and a great night's sleep is virtually guaranteed.

 Riverside is an ideal locale for a large family, a family reunion or other groups who are amenable to open sleeping arrangements.  Each of the two bedrooms has a queen bed and a loveseat sofa sleeper and is beautifully decorated with coordinating fabrics in warm tones, providing the perfect environment for a long, deep night’s sleep in the quiet mountain setting.  Parents can rest fully relaxed knowing their child is close by.  The two queen futons in the sunroom are perfect for your teenagers and their friends.

 Riverside is easily accessible year round, an ideal cabin for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s gatherings for your large family, business associates or church group.
