General
Information
1. Check-in is located in the Lone Pine Realty Office, 6 Main Street,
Red Feather Lakes. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Guests are urged to arrive during daylight hours.
Many units are hard to find after dark, and snow or ice can make the roads
difficult to travel. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please return
keys and yellow car tags to the Lone Pine Realty office. If you check-out before 9 a.m., please put key and car tag through door
slot.
2. With the exception of
July and August, it can snow any month of the year at the locations of our
rentals. Guests should check the
weather forecast for our area during the days immediately preceding arrival. Our office will be happy to provide current weather and road conditions
and the local forecast, but the decision to travel to our area in inclement
weather rests solely with the guest. Four
wheel drive, snow tires and/or chains are strongly recommended except during
July and August. Any towing fees
incurred are the responsibility of the guest. A sweater or light jacket, as well as long pants, are recommended at
any time of year. Nights in the
mountains can be quite chilly.
3. Most of our units do not
have phones. Where phones are
present, they are for local use only. Please
give the Lone Pine office number to family/friends for emergencies. We will contact you. Verizon
and AT&T cell phones may work in some of our properties, but coverage is
spotty.
4. All units are NO SMOKING. You will be charged a
fee of $75.00 if cigarette odor or butts are found in the cabin within 48 hours
of your departure.
5. Some units allow one dog
for an additional fee. See individual unit descriptions.
6. Guests are responsible for damaged, broken and/or missing items
belonging to the property when the damage, breakage or loss is caused by the
responsible party or guests. A charge can be placed on the credit card on file with Lone Pine Realty for such
damage or loss. Normal wear and tear, e.g. a broken glass or plate, is not considered “damages.”
7. Guests are expected to wash all dishes, clean cookware, including
grill, and bag all trash prior to leaving the unit. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 surcharge.
The need for excessive cleaning after your stay will be charged to your
credit card at the rate of $50.00 per hour.
8. Lone Pine Realty reserves the right to visit any unit if we have reason to believe
the number of guests exceeds the number on the reservation. If the number of guests exceeds the number stated on the reservation,
the surcharge will be doubled.
9. Violation
of House Rules, No Pets/No Smoking policy, Subdivision Regulations, including
fishing rules and regulations, or failure to wash dishes, clean cookware,
including grill, and bag trash are grounds for the assessment of additional
charges or cancellation of rental contract privileges without refund.
