| Black Bear Hollow is nestled among the aspens on more than
two acres with easy year-round access. A ramp to the front door provides
wheelchair access and a small ramp at the back door affords access to the
deck. The back
“yard” has 2 corrals to accommodate your horses and the property is surrounded by trails for your riding pleasure. You don’t have to be an equestrian to appreciate all that Black Bear
Hollow has to offer. The fire pit and picnic table provide the perfect campfire
setting for those cool mountain evenings. Whether
roasting marshmallows, listening to a howling coyote or stargazing from the
deck, you will find the evenings at Black Bear Hollow a pleasant mountain
experience. If you prefer, you can prepare your meals in the fully appointed kitchen with all the conveniences of home, including dishes, flatware, utensils, pots and pans, a dishwasher and microwave. After the meal, snuggle in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the main living area or settle into the cozy den to watch TV or read a good book. You may want to take a relaxing soak in the oversized oval tub located off the master bedroom. This cozy house is furnished with a bear motif, cleverly capitalizing on its name. Black Bear Hollow has something for every season. The clean, crisp mountain air is always inviting; the changing aspen leaves are brilliant; wildflowers are abundant, and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. You will enjoy the antics of the resident rabbit who will most likely greet you in the driveway. Be sure to bring your camera to capture all that Black Bear Hollow has to offer. NOTE: Daily fishing passes (required) can be purchased at the Crystal Lakes Office.
