walk to Crystal Lake for fishing or to pick up wooded hiking trails along cool mountain streams. For a nominal daily fee you can fish
any of the seven lakes in the Crystal Lakes subdivision. The lakes are stocked
every 2-3 weeks from May through September, so a fresh fish dinner is a real possibility.
You may want to drive to the top of the mountain and marvel at the breathtaking views that
unfold before you. This three bedroom home with two full baths offers ample comfort for six guests. Its location allows you to take full advantage of all the outdoors has to offer. If you need to unwind from a busy week, bring movies to watch using the VCR or DVD player, watch your favorite shows or sports events on the satellite TV, play games at the dining room table or curl up on the couch with a good book. This pet-friendly home allows you to bring Fido or Fifi along on the family vacation. Before tumbling into bed at night, enjoy the unobstructed view of the night sky from the side deck. Our rarefied mountain atmosphere will reveal stars not seen at lower altitudes, a clear view of the Milky Way, a streaking falling star or a man-made satellite traversing the sky. If stargazing is your hobby, bring your telescope any time of year and revel in the sky treasures to be seen at Black Mountain Gate.
