Sunshine Daydream is a cozy and relaxing cabin on the side of Black Mountain that retains its old rustic charm but has all the comforts of a modern home.  Situated among the large pine and quaking aspen trees, it is common to see moose and deer from the large wrap around deck and covered porch.

Enjoy your next outdoor adventure--hike, mountain bike, snowshoe, canoe or fish in the many ponds, streams and lakes in the Crystal Lakes area.

Simply relax with a game of horseshoes, a nice warm fire and the opportunity to roast the perfect marshmallow over the approved fire pit, or enjoy a meal or snack on the picnic table 40 yards from the cabin where you may be greeted by some curious chipmunks and squirrels.

When you return, a turnkey kitchen awaits or you can prepare your meals outdoors where gas and charcoal grills are options for the catch of the day.

After dark, check out the Milky Way and be amazed by the spectacular light show featuring constellations and shooting stars, as you are serenaded by the coyotes and owls that frequent the surreal and calm nights.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, curl up on the couch, rocking, or lounge chairs and watch a show on a 42” television, enjoy a movie on the DVD/VCR player, or listen to your favorite music on the stereo/CD player.  A wood burning stove with stone hearth will keep you toasty warm all night long.

When you are ready to retire, each bedroom has a new soft queen bed, fresh sheets, blankets, comforters and plenty of pillows.  You will be refreshed and ready for you next day’s adventure.

NOTE: Daily fishing passes (required) can be purchased at the Crystal Lakes ’ office.
